As an SCN field technician, you occupy a position of high operational, safety, and financial trust. This manual is designed to take you from foundational safety protocols to advanced on-site delivery, ensuring your work protects SCN's brand reputation, lowers site friction, and maximizes operational efficiency across our Greater Western Sydney footprint.
By completing these 14 modules, passing the subsequent examinations, and signing your onboarding contract, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read, understood, and bound yourself to the strict operational protocols, safety mandates, and chemical-handling procedures contained herein.
- Full legal and WHS safety liability for on-site execution, property protection, and regulatory compliance is transferred directly to you.
- You are financially liable for the repair or replacement costs of any business fleet equipment or client property damaged through your verified negligence, drop impacts, or operational misuse.
- Unsatisfactory performance flagged via on-site audits must be rectified at your own personal expense during unpaid hours.
